The Mount Union Area School District is accepting applications for the following positions effective for the 2023-2024 school year:
Teaching Positions:
Elementary/Reading
Grades 4-8 (All Subjects 4-6, English Language Arts and Reading 7-8) or Elementary K-6 PA Certification required. Reading Specialist PK-12 preferred.
Secondary English
English 7-12 PA Certification required.
Special Education – PA Certification in Special Education preferred.
Para-Professional Aide Positions:
Two full-time Para-Professional/Building Aide positions, 7 hours per day, 180 days per school year. Current assignments at the Mount Union-Kistler Elementary.
Positions may require heavy lifting and toileting. Knowledge and experience in first aid and CPR preferred. Assignment subject to change depending upon District need.
One full-time LPN/Para-Professional Aide position, 7 hours per day, 180 days per school year. Current assignment at the Mount Union-Kistler Elementary.
LPN License required. Knowledge and experience in first aid and CPR preferred.
