Mrs. Shields joined the Mount Union teaching staff in August 2009. She possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.
Her credentials include Pennsylvania teaching certificates in Elementary Education, Mid-Level Mathematics, as well as an Instructional Technology Specialist. Additionally, she has a vast background in technology applications, web design, and technical support.
